The expertise of our LEASING AND SALES team has resulted in our properties averaging over 90% occupancy. We have created a property promotion outline, as well as, a property promotion checklist, to assist property owners in PROMOTING their properties. We represent over a million square feet, and assist not only landlords with meeting their occupancy needs, but also both local and major tenants with their specific site selection requirements.

At SUMMIT, we have the expertise to offer a wide range of CONSULTING SERVICES in all phases of commercial real estate. We are able to serve existing landowners, contract vendors and investors, beginning with the site selection and analysis, through management, including , but not limited to, major and local tenant leasing, developing site plans, financial analysis, loan submittals and permit application. We are also able to serve tenants by preparing competition maps, market and trade analyses, demographic studies, site selection and submittal packages, negotiating leases and/or purchases and arranging for sale leasebacks.
